Shipping & Returns
Shipping is charged at the following flat rates:
Inside the UK (including Northern Ireland) orders under 2kg - £5.99
Inside the UK (including Northern Ireland) orders over 2kg - £8.99
Orders placed on a weekday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. Holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipment time frame.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process before shipping.
At the present time, we do not offer guaranteed next day delivery.
Our 7 day returns policy
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of your purchase and we will fully refund your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless the item is faulty.
We offer FREE returns for online purchases with the 7 day policy as outlined above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return in store, we will require proof of purchase.
How to return an unwanted item to us
Your item has been delivered via Royal Mail. Should you wish to return your item, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send to your email a return label. Simply place the label provided on the front of your parcel and drop the parcel off at your nearest Post Office. Details of the Post Office locations can be found here: Post Office Branch Finder
We suggest that you ask for proof of postage so you can be sure that your parcel has arrived back to us safely.
Once your return has arrived at Cecilia Quinn you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We shall then refund the cost of your shoes (excluding original delivery) within five working days.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
