Our returns policy lasts 7 days on current collections. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of the date of your purchaseand we will refund your purchase, excluding discounted items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return in store, we will require proof of purchase.

Please include your name and order number inside the package.

Once we’ve received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note: Sale items, gift voucher purchases, and items purchased with complimentary or promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for refund, we can offer an exchange or credit note.
Sale Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to return an unwanted item to us
Your item has been delivered via Royal Mail. Should you wish to return your item, contact us on info@ceciliaquinn.co.uk and we will send to your email a return label. Simply place the label provided on the front of your parcel and drop the parcel off at your nearest Post Office. Details of the Post Office locations can be found here: Post Office Branch Finder
We suggest that you ask for proof of postage so you can be sure that your parcel has arrived back to us safely.
Once your return has arrived at Cecilia Quinn you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We shall then refund the cost of your shoes (excluding original delivery) within five working days.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
